Global outsourcing has grown rapidly in the Philippines over the past decade. Although the bulk of the clients are from American companies, a study conducted by the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) showed that most Australian firms choose the Philippines as an offshoring/outsourcing destination.
