Jointly Launches Shared Services Staffing Model

Jointly International is committed to innovate and broaden the various solutions that it offers the global market. In line with this, the management is proud to announce that it has recently launched it’s shared service staffing model successfully.

Not all workload that a client needs to outsource requires a full-time employee. By sharing the existing manpower resources between/across clients, this is now possible for a client to outsource a certain task minus the cost of full-time staffing.

An example is a client who requires emails responded within 24 hours from receipt. The volume of emails also fluctuates but does not warrant a staff to do emails throughout the day as there is just isn’t enough emails to cover a full 8 work hours. With the shared services staffing model, we were able to design an outsourced operations model wherein the client needed to pay only the amount of hours utilized.

Jointly International’s shared services model is currently available for Customer Service and Data Entry related type of work between 4:00 am-9:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time.
